Perfect. Got it. I was just worried the original sub might be smaller and would not fit.
You’ll have to remove the oem enclosure and build your own to fit in its place.

Looks great. We’ll be cramming either a Focal 8WM or Illusion Carbon C8 into my front doors...haven’t decided yet. Still comparing data between the 2.

Can't never go wrong with Focal for sure! Great quality.

I was sponsored by ORCA for several years. I got to play with all kinds of Focal, Illusion and Mosconi gear. In fact I bought this ST to get back into audio competitions.

Didn’t see anybody post about using the rear sub floor storage area to do a stealth box with a shallow sub. A JL audio 13tw5 would provide tons of output and you could tap into the oem sub lead for the signal I would imagine. There was a thread on removing the engine noise through the dealership with recoding. Might remove the engine noise which would be great

That's outstanding. I've got mine in the stereo shop getting down now. I don't have the super high end but it's going to sound amazing. I'm putting the 10tw3 in the stock location with a new custom made box. Should help it drastically over the stock sub.

I went with the 10tw3 with I have in a truck of mine. Sounds great so figured I would use them again. Can't wait to get it back!

Lots of space to work with in there...that’s good to know. I’m gonna need 1.5 cubes.

It angles out as you go forward giving more room as needed too.
Will have 400amps to it so should be vast improvement from the stock sub.

Def plenty of room in there. Wonder where their pulling the low pass signal from. Sure shops will get it figured out. I like it in the oem location so it doesn’t eat any space up. Be cool to see how things progress with these upgrades.

Definitely a tweeter mod for me depending on the type you install.
My installer did the same sort of plates to get my 6.5's in the lower door.
The factor sub was a complete joke for an "upgraded system".

Amps and passovers will be put in same area with the sub. Installer build a customer mount to go under the sub mount. Painting box etc when the amp and Passover's go in.

Do you think you can fit an 8 inch in the doors front & rears?
