Hello, I have never jumped in before. Have a 25 ST coming in next couple weeks. Been waiting since ordered end of April. Anyway, just curious if anyone is driving one yet and how all changes, improvements are? I know mine has been delayed by big Jim’s “Quality Checks”
let me know please.

Received mine Monday of last week. I haven't driven it since I brought it home.

Picked mine up on the 31st. I only have 260 miles on it. Going on a road trip in two weeks. Runs great so far. Very responsive compared to my 2018 Limited.

Bought mine end of July and drove across the northeast, last explorer I owned was a 15’ sport so can’t speak to ST. It is a beast with the 10 speed, can’t wait to hear an exhaust system on it.

I love how I bought a 2020 and then BOOM, Ford released a facelift! I'm can't wait to see the latest models in person. May be worth an upgrade down the line.

Picked one up off the lot on Friday. went from a Silver 2020 ST (with no deletes) to a white 25. it's largely the same vehicle IMO, except the infotainment system is MUCH better and the instrument cluster is a pretty big upgrade too. It's too bad Ford got rid of some of the ambient lighting though.

I haven't paid enough attention to yet to notice, are the headlamps active/adaptive headlamps?

Congratulations! If the headlamps are adaptive it should say that on the window sticker I believe.

It’s been 5 model years, it’s about time for a facelift.

Only Platinums come with adaptive headlights, same story for the previous models. Dont know why Ford continued that trend

Do the 25's have front and rear camera sprayers? My wife's 22 doesn't have it and man I love it during the winter!

Traded my 23 for a 25. Drove it home last night.
Still trying to get used to Android Auto. Pretty much everything is the same. Trying to find a front license plate bracket.

Mine are Leds. Sticker makes no mention of adaptive.

My Wife got hers on August 10th and I am already installing accessories. How is the quality of the ST's you guys/gals received? Ours was good with the exception of trim pieces not snapped in all the way and rubber trim pinched. I have seen some good ones and some bad ones. For the most part, it is the same as previous years, except the new Ford Entertainment System, which is very nice. Wish we had more physical buttons though. Got the Workshop manual too. Will post the link in another thread if you wanna DL it.

Headlights are quasi adaptive in the 2025. At, night, while turning, the side of the headlights illuminate to the side you're turning.
Pretty neat.
I got side swiped hit and run style yesterday while sitting at a traffic light. Not terrible, but it's going into the paint shop for the damage I could not buff out. Bummed me out hard day of, but I'm cool now.
All in all I love my 25. But I do miss my 21. It was a little more sinister than my present ride.
Cheers all.

Also. Steeda just purchased a 25 for R&D. Products to follow.

Not just for turning. Took it out last night for a real dark backroad. They have this weird thing they do when an oncoming car comes at you. The kind of fade from bottom to top or something like that. I have to wait to get a digital security cam shot so you can see how they project at the ground. Really cool.

The ST has the Adaptive Headlights? I didn't take notice since we only have about 100 miles on it at this point and no night driving yet. I thought that was only a Platinum feature? My 2024 LARIAT has this feature and I love it! Oh, and I noticed Ford finally used LED's in the License Plate on the 25 Explorer. Correct me if I am wrong, but this is a first for Ford. Even my 24 LARIAT had Halogen bulbs that were replaced the day I picked it up with Sylvania Zevo 2825 Next upgrades are the Steeda Differential Brace, Whipple IC, Thermal Exhaust, and AFE CAI. Does anybody know if any of the offerings for the 2024 models will fit the 25?

They dont, it is only a Platinum feature. ST has Projection Lamps, Platinum has Adaptive Headlamps. Its stated on their ordering guide. Not an option either.

At least this time around, the ST has projector housings, something the previous ST lacked as well. So lights should be brighter.

Positive. They were on auto. They faded back to on once dark again.
I had projectors on my F150. So I know there is a difference.
I’ll try get some shots. Btw, look at that lower tier row of lights under the headlight housing.
