Yep, ordered this before the HPtuners MPVI2 arrived and never used it. It's still in the original packaging, never opened. Cost $99 new, you can have this one for $50 plus shipping. In the USA, I figure at most $15, so total $65 to your door. It installs into the steering column such that it remembers the last setting. You can still have it functional if you happen to want it in heavy traffic, etc., or just leave it off forever. The other method of turning it off in the tune file is a one-shot only such that to tur it back on, you must change the tune file and reflash the car. This device keeps the option open to use it at will by turning it back on in the SYNC settings and leaving it on. Like I mentioned earlier, it simply(?) remembers the last setting at shutdown and starts back up in the setting on or off.
