Bluetooth Issues. Any fixes

I have had the ST for 2 weeks and this is getting ridiculous. I can't hear people on phone calls and the music is very choppy. SiriusXM travellink does not work. Have a service appointment next week. Device used is a Samsung Note10+

It might be worth trying a master reset on your SYNC. GO to Setting/General/MasterReset The acc power must be on to do this.
