Just the fronts, though, right?

Plus the rears, over $7,000?

EDIT - Looks like Superforged is the complete front/rear set for under $4,000, whereas Rotora is over $8,000.
Yes front and rear. Yah Rotora is crazy.

Nobody actually pays that for Rotora. Street price is several grand less.

How much do you want to spend? A GT350 front upgrade is roughly $1500 all in. I love mine and the car stops NOW, but it is only a front upgrade (at least until Tony figures out the rear setup).

Rotora is a known name and make great products, so you have to determine if the addition (both performance and visual bling) of a rear BBK is worth the extra several grand. Superforged has also been proven, and are cheaper than Rotora, but still over double a GT350 front upgrade.

Racing brake has a bracket that pushes out the rear caliper and a larger rotor to go with it. It only fits the red rear calipers, not the standard unpainted rears.

I had that and it works very well to rebalance the system. I had just their front kit at first which is basically the same thing as the GT350 kit and while yes it stopped better the car nose dived like crazy. Once I added the rear kit it was a much smoother braking experience.

Thank you all for your advice on brake upgrades. I decided on the Super Forge option after reading sadams930
writeup. I ordered the system at 3800 bucks for a complete package. Sweet!!

It’s a great value for what you get. Mine did ship out of Hong Kong but the quality is top notch IMO. Easy install too as they come all loaded with pads.

For the SRT Brembo calipers you need rotors from Racing Brake.
For the GT350 Brembo calipers you need GT350 rotors and there’s a guy on the FB groups selling the caliper mounting bracket to make it work.
Your the F'n Explorer ST guru my dude.. I read all damn near 300 pages of your build. your ST is SICK - love the silver/grey under the hood! Tons of GREAT info coming from your posts!!!

Until you call them. $5K give or take is more accurate. I’ve bought 2 sets now.
Are the rotora's worth the premium price compared to the superforged, in your opinion?

I think the Superforged kit is a great option price wise but I’ve never seen it in person. Rotora has treated me well for over a decade.

For some reason I always thought you had the SF kit. Guess I didn't look hard enough. Kit looks so good through your wheels.

Nope…I hade the Racing Brake/Brembo stuff then swapped to Rotora. That was before Bruce had his stuff out.
