Picked up the covers from the dealer today. Instead of unbolting the hinge strap, I cut one side of the cover, and slipped it over . The cover snaps in place, and you don't have to unbolt anything.

I have an 10/20 build on my 21 ST and its missing the front door hinge covers. I was at the dealer today and I was told that these were not part of the build but I could purchase them for $9.60 ea.

You can buy them through parts.ford.com for about 12 bucks for two of them. They will ship them to the dealer for free, and you can pick them up. As for not being part of the build, some people have them, some do not.
