I purchased a new 2025 ST on 2/1/2025. This vehicle had 3k miles on it and was a demo.
Thus the rrial periods... are all wrong and need to be reset, My dealer "Anderson Ford" of Lincoln ne says they turned int the changes to Ford on Saturday.
As of Tuesday nothing.
I called Ford and the had me on the phone for approximately 2 hours with the final result being that it neded to be approved by a different group shich I am not allowed to talk to.
And that iwould be 24 to 48 hours to get approved.
Talked to my delaer again (everyday on this issue) and all they can say is that they turned it in.
Called Ford cusotmer service today and they said nothing has happened (after 6 days!!).
They said that it would be a few more days... Same thing I was told on Tuesday just that the can has been kicked down the street.
Called my dealer back and was tol after my complint they called for and was told maybe it would be done by the 11th.
Seriously 11 days to reset the start date in the computer.
