Catalytic converter recall letter arrived

Did anyone else get a catalytic converter recall letter from Ford? I do hate the rattling noise, which is brought up in the letter as one of the reason why.

But I already installed a Borla S-Type exhaust system. Could this pose as a problem?

Is the recall just on Explorer's with the 3.0L? I haven't received anything is it going out for everyone at some point or just a certain batch of vehicles?
