I have a Mishomoto oil catch can MMBCC-EST-20PBE installed and working great! I some how misplaced the OEM stock components which I plan to put on for warranty work or trade in. Does anyone have the part numbers for these?

No, but I don't think they will give you any problems with the Mishimoto catch can.

This is the PC. Hose from my 2020 at and the tag that's on it. Is this the part you needed?

That's definitely the part.
My personal experience at the dealership, is that they didn't care about my catch can.

You can easily look up the part number on the Ford parts site. What’s on the tag isn’t the part number, it’s the engineering number which is not the same. That being said, a dealership isn’t going to care about a catch can.
