Just noticed my drivers switch peeling with 13,000 miles. Been to cold to bother looking at the others. Will call my dealer next week about getting it replaced.

Does anyone know if there is a Service Bulletin out on this issue?

I had mine replaced under warranty with less than 5k miles. It’s already peeling again after a few months and I really haven’t used it much since it’s been too cold to open the windows. It would be nice if Ford could just make black switches and ditch the chrome.

This is why I've waited on ours, hoping there would be a TSB out saying they have better quality switches available.
I'm running out of time now, bc our warranty is up in may.

The replacement switches look exactly the same as the originals so I’m guessing that nothing has changed since then. I’d probably just get the replacement switches while you’re still covered.

That's what I did.

Had my driver side unit replaced this week at the dealer under warranty. Have 20k miles on this 2022. One of the switches started to crack and peel and was sharp. Made it seem like it was a common thing when I showed the service rep. No cost of under 36k miles so that was nice.

In the Ford Pass, go to Recalls then under CSP, this is what I found.

Got all of mine replaced for the second thing this week. First set was replaced in the first year less than 10k.
