Back on the dyno with our Development ST as promised :)

I was able to make some more jam! I need to make some more changes to the turbo wastegates, I'm out of turbo because I can't make anymore boost up top. Here are the results:

631whp 650wtq

Mods
CRP Stage 5 Turbos
Nostrum Stage 3 Kit (E68 tune)
CVF intercooler
SPD Downpipes
FenFab intake/cold/hot
Thermal R&D 3in

I kept torque high as I think I will test the limits on my personal dev car :cool:. If I need to lower it I will. I plan on building this trans soon regardless.

Insane to think it's only been a year and this car is up almost 300whp over stock, on the COBB Accessport!!

If you guys have questions please ask!

@GooseTuned

Thanks a lot for bringing us along as you continue to make improvements! Any chance you could share what the boost curve looks like? Also, how much headroom is left in the Nostrum Stage 3 kit at this point?

Anytime man!! The boost curve looks exactly like the torque curve, identical. I have another 50-60hp left on this fuel kit

I don’t particularly like auto octane tunes.

I do not particularly care for relying on the knock sensors to adjust power, as big swings in octane can lead to detonation. I like do octane specific tuning as it is much safer and yields better results.
The nice thing about the Cobb accessport is that it comes with multiple octane tunes if you need them, and changing tunes only takes 50 seconds unlike other devices out there that can take upwards of 10 minutes.

My transmission tune shifts much faster than stock, and allows for added power capacity of my engine tuning. It’s also much much smoother than stock, and does not bang gears.

Thanks man! I appreciate the kind words!

Little update on this car. THAT MPH!!

You can see there is a good 0.05sec in just the launch! So it will get even better. Weather still isn't the best.

Some guys are in the -2,000 to -4,000DA which is absolute best case perfect weather. This customer will hopefully get better weather.

E50 tune, E37 fuel (stock fuel system)
STOCK TURBOS
STOCK TRANSMISSION
CVF intercooler
CVF downpipes
Thermal R&D 3in
H&R springs
Stock scorpions

Appreciate the updates. Always nice to see big numbers out of a 3.0. Up in the range of my supercharged V8 ctsv.

Well....I'll just keep updating this thread with quicker and faster times I suppose! :D

This car is toying with the Fuel System cars in WORSE DA, while going faster than most (more power).

Crazy to see how far these ST's have come on the COBB Accessport platform in just a single year! Everyone who has made the switch to COBB has mentioned how much they love it!

For those who are seeing this now, and don't want to read back through hundreds of comments over the past year, here is a little about the Accessport features:

* 50 State Legal!
* Flashes tunes in 1min or less
* HD Screen with up to 6 gauges
* Dynamic Pedal Control (user adjustable throttle sensitivity on the fly!)
* Tire Size Adjustment
* Valet/Anti-theft tunes for when you need to leave your car in an area you are unfamiliar with. Even if someone has a key they cannot start your car!

When you guys work with me, because I tune Ecoboosts Full-time 8-10hrs everyday, you get almost instant replies. Whether we are logging, talking about mod path, etc...you WILL get a reply in a reasonable amount of time (usually same day, multiple times a day). We care about providing the best experience possible, so we have aligned with COBB to bring exactly that to this community!

The results are, simply, what they are.

If you guys have questions you can always reach out to me directly, or even call me. I'm always available to chat 1 on 1.

Can vouch for Winfield, he responds practically instantly and very informative on his answers.

Highly recommend him for anyone thinking twice. Easily one of the best tuners for the ST and other ecoboost platforms.

I’ve held 580 foot pounds for around six months now. So I’d say that’s pretty safe.
