Cobb Accessport / sync and car updates

I had a tune loaded on to my 2021 and I had disabled auto stop start through the Accessport. Worked fantastic. I got in the car it said software update was done and my auto stop start was on again.

Anyone know if the software update kicks out the tune and the stop start? I'll find out when I get home and get the Accessport out. Just curious if anyone on here knew. Thanks!

I would assume any over the air updates to the system would set that back to its configured setting.
