I'm curious if anyone has seen this code before? I have a 2025 Explorer ST with the Fen Fab V2 Intake, CVFab Intercooler with Hot/Cold Pipes installed as well as the Big Mouth intake.
I looked and don't see any loose connectors that are causing it or anything disconnected as the code says. Screenshot 2024-11-17 at 3.46.22 PM.jpeg

Not yet, what modifications have you done? Seeing if we have any common mods. Are you a 2025?

do you know if those things will void the warranty? Have you tried the dealer?

I doubt you would have an issue with just those mods but it's always a risk modifying a car still under warranty.

I’ve got the same except for exhaust. I never got the code until I put the Fen Fav V2 Intake on. Then it pops it occasionally on a long extended pull from a stop to acceleration onto a freeway onramp

Plenty of 2025 cars with no issues and that CAI…same goes for 20-24 cars.
It’s been proven about 99% of the time it’s an installer error somewhere along the way. Rarely has it been a part issue. Double and triple check every aspect of your install…even if it “looks” good…get hands on and make sure it IS good.
