Hey,

The other day I decided to do some data logging to send back to my tuner and decided to use Dragy to test some things out.

Best I was able to do in sport mode was 0-60 in 4.8 seconds. Didn't want to go the full 1/4 mile.

Launched at about 2K RPM's, softly, 230LB driver plus a passenger, 3/4 tank of gas, mid 70's weather.

Mods are 93 DMS, CVFab intercooler, S&B Intake, CVFab downpipes and Thermal 3" Cat-back, with an AWR diff brace.

Bit surprised at this as I am sure there is something I am doing wrong.

Anyone have any thoughts on this?

-Chris

LMAO

I did pussyfoot a bit, scared to break shit.

I did 5.2 stock, with a passenger and just mashing the gas without brake torqueing the car. .4 seconds faster is sad, really.

Older I get, the more scared I am of breaking things. Racing mustangs before, I would break axles on hard launches, a couple of driveshafts and two or three shifters, lol.

For how you’re launching the car, that seems about right. That’s a low RPM to launch at, the turbos really aren’t spooling enough for a good launch.

Stock st..holding brake , hard, sport mode
Just under 3k rpm
Me in car, 2 lane road.
60 arrived fast enough to make this 60 year old grin like a possum eating crsp off barbed wire fence
Phone said 3.8
I will accept 4
Freaky part was 80 before I let off
In a blink
Just had to see what it would a few times now.

Stock doing 3.8 second 0-60? I think there might be a mistake.

Could be

Can't get a passenger to hold a timer

For me....it's a rocket. Impressive as hell
Right out of the
I don't hold much h value in phone,...but it was only thing I had with me
Only way to really tell is run a drag strip.

Yeah there definitely is a miscalculation. I'd love the car to be that quick (although I'm am very content with the stock form but as they say there never is enough power), but most people are around a mid 5-second 0-60.

Just went at it again and did 4.24 0-60. 230lb driver, 3/4 tank, launching at about 3K with the tires spinning. Honestly put me in my seat. Much more room for improvement, especially with some suspension and E30, E50 if I ever grow balls.
