Those bolts above the rear mufflers definitely won’t be a problem anymore...

I just got my Vibrant mufflers in today...first time I’ve ever held this model. My first thought is even though it’s a bit smaller my gut says it’ll be quieter. The Magnaflows I have out back have a single pipe to a Y at the rear of the muffler where the Vibrant splits immediately with 2 pipes running the length of the case. I definitely like the design.
Your clip sounds good...and I’m positive nothing like it sounds in real life. I can film mine on my phone then stand next to it and you’d think you were listening to 2 different cars.

Can’t wait to see what you think!

Holy hell this sounds mean. So so mean I love it. You are correct. It’s definitely louder in person than it seems in the video but we did achieve the tone I wanted from exterior.

I almost told him to just do hemholtz resonators right off the bat based on your post but we decided to wait and see what’s what.. And I have to measure the decibels (any suggestions on best app?) but I also have drone at exactly 2k rpm like you. I’m going back on Saturday to get the hemholtz fit in. There is also a ton of space in pipes to add other stuff if needed. Did you just measure decibels while driving in front seat with you? Mind sharing your specs on the resonators (length etc)? Thank you!

Edit: I’m not going to even try to pretend I know what I’m talking about here but he just said he can make the hemholtz so they’re adjustable and we can tune it exactly how we need it (as an option, which seems like best option). He also showed me a page of math that looks like something from good will hunting and he just needs exhaust temperature to finish the calculation. If that’s what you mean when you said “a little math” in your build thread then you are a much smarter man than me my friend :)

Man this looks so so mean. He said he would paint the exposed 3” piping black to match muffler and tips but I think I like it unpainted. I like it standing out and seeing the welds etc

Kruppa Custom Exhaust Run

Few closeup shots including defoulers (2nd to last pic) we used to prevent any potential check engine lights.

Thanks! This shop is just the fabricator and one other person. He has already taken a few orders from people on here who contacted him directly for custom downpipes and I believe 1 or 2 so far for a full setup. I would definitely reach out to him if you're interested. I know he would chat with you and see what you could work out. Brett@fenfabrication.com

No I should have measured the before but there are plenty of people with H&R springs and borla we could ask. The lowest part of the exhaust is slightly higher than the front bumper so I figure if I run something over that would hit the exhaust I’m already screwed on the entire front :)

Yeah I'm getting drone at exactly 2k just like Unbroken did before he added his hemholtz. I knew I should have just done it the first time. Oh well one more trip, he's doing it while I wait.
