I’m going to wrap the custom hitch cover I ordered. I like what you did with wrapping the trim pieces. Why did you choose the vivid wrap? I’m waiting on the MBRP exhaust to arrive. Looks like we have similar tastes.

I chose the VVivid because it was reasonably priced on Amazon for me to "experiment" with. I paid $50 for 30 SQFT. I attempted to do the hood myself, but it proved to be too difficult so, I just ended up doing the smaller pieces myself (door trim, spoiler sails and rear bumper/diffuser trim). The hood, front lower valance and mirrors are done in 3M, by a professional wrap company. The patterns match very well (not perfect) so, I may leave the pieces I did for a while.....but honestly, I'm probably going to have the same company redo all the pieces I did with 3M, so it is all 100% matching.

Good luck with yours!

Thanks. Is it matte or gloss? Which do you prefer?

BORA wheel spacers finally came in. 1.25" all the way around. No stud cutting required. Perfect fit. Just need the H&R's to show up now!

The carbon fiber vinyl is more of a matte finish, which is what I wanted. Hope that helps!
Yes. Thanks. I have matte carbon fiber license plate frames. I'll do the hitch cover in matte also.

When you post pics select Full Image before you post. It’s much easier to view your pics then.

There's a reason for my method brother, even if it doesn't appeal to everyone.

I actually thumbnail them on purpose, as a courtesy to the masses.

That way, anyone that doesn't want to see umpteen giant images can just keep scrolling easily without my ST consuming their whole screen.

And those that do want to see the bigger images, can simply click the first image and tab over to view the bigger pics.

Before and afters of replacing the oil cap, oil dip stick and coolant overflow caps with Boomba Racing anodized aluminum parts. Perfect fit and love the small touches. Blue split wire loom incoming. Also, Steeda strut tower brace is delivering today and will be immediately sent to the powder coater to change colors from factory black to Ford blue. Dirty Dan is continuing to reinvent himself, little by little.

FYI, the aluminum parts added 3 HP, according to sources. ;-)

Strut tower brace came in. I sent it directly to the powder coater the next day. Hopefully in a few days, it'll come back and be much "nicer".

Hi there Crisisballer 17, Thank you for sharing the information regarding your purchasing the Evil Energy T304 Stainless band clamps from Amazon as the quality of the exhaust clamps that was supplied with your MBRP Exhaust system did not meet your expectations. I just puchased an MBRP Exhaust system from Ron at Whoosh Performance for my 2020 ST and I should get it tomorrow. To be on the safe side, I wanted to place an order with Amazon to purchase the Evil Energy T304 Stainless band clamps to use with my MBRP Exhaust System just in case I have an issue with the clamps that is supplied with my MBRP Exhaust System. For this reason, can you please tell me what Evil Energy T304 Stainless band clamps did you purchase? as Amazon has two different types of Evil Energy exhaust clamps to choose from? One is called the Evil Energy LAP JOINT EXHAUST BAND PREFORMED 304 STAINLESS STEEL and the other one is called Evil Energy BUTT JOINT EXHAUST BAND CLAMP SLEEVE STAINLESS STEEL. I just want to make sure that I order the correct Evil Energy clamps that you ordered to upgrade the MBRP Exhaust System with better and superior clamps. Can you please let me know which ones did you get? Your assistance is greatly appreciated Thank you PRINCE -2020 Explorer ST -Iconic Silver

I used Evil Energy T304 stainless band clamps. Ordered them on Amazon. The system required (2) 2.25" clamps and (6) 2.5" clamps. They're wider, seal better and they're much nicer.

The clamps I ordered were the wider, butt joints. You will need (2) 2.25" clamps and (6) 2.5" clamps. Hope this helps. And good luck with your exhaust system.

Thank you. I appreciate your help and quick response. I should get my MBRP Exhaust hopefully today shipped through FEDEX. I ordered the MBRP system with the 4 inch stainless tips which I am going to take to our local Chrome shop here and see if they can powder coat or apply a black chrome finish to these tips before I have them installed. Thanks again for the help. Have a great day - PRINCE

I'm thinking you should push this "blue" theme even further. A re-powdercoat of your calipers would look pretty sharp against the gray. then get the decals to swap your ST badge to blue as well. Another forum member had a black ST and chose yellow as their accent. The yellow calipers looked amazing.

There is definitely more blue to come....just not sure how far I'm going to take it. I'm setting this ST up so it "shows" well.......but also "goes" well. ;-)
