Disable double honk without forscan?

This used to be a big problem on my 2013 Ford focus ST. Now that I have a Ford explorer St, does anyone know how to do this without using a program like forscan? The focus ST had a hidden dashboard – that you can enable and disable annoyances. Any ideas? It drives me crazy.

I've never heard of a way to do it without Forscan. With Forscan it's easy to do.
