Do Ford pass rewards expire?

I bought my 2020 Limited in Nov 2019 and they bought it back and I re-bought my 2020 ST in Sept 2020 and it is still showing I have all the points available from both and haven't used any yet.

I wouldn't wait. They extended the expiration due to the pandemic but I think your 11/2019 purchase points may be expiring soon.

You can use your points at the dealership just talk to parts if getting something from them and if you getting service done talk to service department just provide them your member ID. Also the do expire but gets reset if your active with your account.
