My 2020 Explorer ST has 37,000 miles on it. Some background mods for reference... Ford tune, 50/50 blow-off valve, high-flow air filter, oil catch can/air-oil separator and MBRP axle back exhaust.
So I've noticed under light throttle what feels like final drive wear. There is a slight delay just after an upshift. I can feel it in the seat, meaning I'm unable to determine at this time if it is coming from the front, rear or center. I wonder if this is a precursor to the rear differential issues I'm hearing about? I did do a transmission fluid and filter service and nothing abnormal was found (The issue was happening before this service). Any input is greatly appreciated!!!

Is the vehicle up to operating temperature? What gear is it doing it in and under what throttle conditions? Any Ford 10-speed shifts very funky when cold or under odd throttle inputs.
