Boy, where to begin. I've had my ST since day one. At first, my Deep Sleep mode would activate after 72 hours of sitting. I managed it OK with a mobile jump start battery. After a year, I took it in. They know nothing. I explained the issue so they replaced the battery to no help at all. Years later, every time I take it in for oil or tires they say the battery is fine and can't figure it out. I'm now at the point where I mobile jump start my vehicle about 7 our of 10 times I start the car. It can't sit over night or at times longer than 30 minutes. I'm good at it, takes about 45 seconds. But beyond me why Ford can't fix it. When I connect my mobile jumper, the headlights turn on and about 5 clicking noises come from the engine. Then the car starts right up. I've tried turning off all Sync and App stuff. I've tried updating Sync and Apps, nothing seems to work. At times if I try to start it and it won't turn on, the dash cycles thru all the features and says none of them are working, brakes, back up cameral, 4x, etc.... At times the dash just blinks and makes noises.

My next move is to trade it in and get a new vehicle but my honor code can't do this and pass it to the next owner, just not right. Has anyone found the solution yet?????

At least for my MY2020, the TSB on deep sleep involved reflashing a few of the modules and that solved the problem. I also have Auto start/stop deactivated (via tune), and turn off all feedback to ford, wifi connection, software autoupdate, etc. You should also try to have one of the those digital voltage displays for your cig lighter port to make sure you are getting the right voltage to charge your battery. I have my radar detector do that. If you are jumping your vehicle every 10 starts, there is for sure a problem. Could be also your replacement battery is shot. I much prefer a good aftermarket battery.
