I have a 2020 with 9000 miles. I have had never ending issues, the system cannot remember or go to seat settings, auto adjust the mirrors and when I receive a phone call the system will not automatically go back to the radio station I was listening to. In fact it maybe tomorrow before I can use the radio. Anyone experiencing similar problems? It has been back to the shop twice clearly more than they can resolve.

Are you on the newest version of SYNC? It is 21194 and that solved a lot of radio issues among others. Not sure if it affects the seats or mirrors.

I’m not sure what sync version, it was in the shop two weeks ago and the fix lasted one full evening. I would think they updated the sync. As far as the seat settings when you remote start and then get in and press the start button its like a box of chocolates you don’t know where you are going forward or backwards.
