I have 2025 ST-Line and I experiencing what I conceder excessive noise inside the interior only during acceleration. Not hard acceleration but normal acceleration. Any suggestions to resolve this issue.? 1900 miles.
It is a 2.3l and after riding in other competitors vehicles with turbo engines the Ford 2.3l seems much louder. I guess I just have to live with it. To avoid the noise I just try to avoid rapid acceleration. lol. I wish Ford would have given me the option of digital or analog rpm and speed.

Why in the Hell do these manufactures think they need to make our vehicles louder than they really are? Why not just offer vacum operated cut-outs! LOL
From my purely subjective assessment when I test drove a Platinum with the 2.3L engine I thought it was noisier in the cabin overall during cruising speed and acceleration. The ST with the 3.0L seemed quieter to me in all conditions but I'm older and my hearing isn't as great as it once was so that's just me.

I did notice that too, the 2.3L seemed noisier while driving but not on cold starts and such. The 3.0L is a really noisy engine at cold start, but otherwise seems really quite.

I've grown to like FENG too. If I had the option of listening to a stout V8, it wouldn't be a choice, but I'd rather listen to it than the bustling beehive noise these little bullets make even with a nice exhaust system.
