Can you confirm that the AWD module is in good working condition? My first thought is maybe it's a bad part. It does happen.

Yes, I can, all three AWD modules are working, one of mine (turned out to be working), two from working machines.
Today they changed the transfer case and the issue was resolved.
Everything works great -:) !!!
