Evidently there is an update available for my Sync 3 but.....

When I download it there are 7 files and I get an error message during install of LST_ERR05 which means I was supposed to get 14 files when I download to USB. I'd love to just update over Wi-Fi but it appears the modem has stopped working so I can't connect. Anyone know more than me or experienced any similar issues?

What SYNC version are you on now? Latest is 21194. I would start over if you need to update. Make sure your USB is empty and download again. I don't remember how many files there were. Using WIFI did not work well for me. I might not have the best service.

The latest from Ford site is 21194 but the latest available is a pre released 22020.

22020 was abandoned after testing. 22048 is undergoing testing. it may be a while to see a new release. Here's to hoping they utilize the 10" screen better...

I have it going into the dealer tomorrow to address the recalls so I may ask them to do it for me then. They'll probably charge me a ridiculous price so yay.
