2020. Brand new when purchased had side sear mount for controls break 4 times. This my wife’s vehicle so she only weighs like 150 should not be breaking. Poor design with only 2 small plastic pieces that break. Ford did not acknowledge the flaw an after the 5th one that we had to pay for we are now GMC people we have purchase 5 explorers and 6 F-150s I now have a GMC Siearra 2 loyal Ford customers lost for life due you poor management decisions and really poor quality of the products put out 2020 to 2022 and taking no ownership in it.
