Hi Everyone. I have been having issues with FP. I have spoke to FP tech a few times troubled shootout the way they say. I have even taken it to the dealer and they have done all updates. FP tech says that the modem is working fine. I have done FP reset Master reset etc... I hope that after master reset the issues stops

What issues? If you have other Sync problems in addition to Fordpass not working, could be related to the 22251 version bug.

I loose connectivity. The phone is having issues downloading contacts even when all switches are in the correct position. Sometime connectivity work and some times is just buffering

FordPass works around 60% of the time for me.....even with good WiFi and cellular signal.

Ford installed a new Modem and I still have the same problem. My Ford pass still doesn't work. And now my hands free lift gate feature is not working also. And the button on the lift gate stops work until I turn the car on and then it works. I have it on at the control panel. What is going wrong????
Any ideas anyone? I'm wondering if it's the APIM.

I think its time to look at the Genesis GV70 Sport Plus AWD Twin Turbo.......thats what Im doing.....I love my ST but the recalls, SYNC3, and now no software fix for rear cameras they have to replace all of them but not till September.

I'm waiting until Wednesday. I have escalated this pretty high. My camera issues has been resolved but if they are going to replace them even better. But this Sync, Rear lift and hands free not working is pissing me off. If I go to another Make it will be Toyota Highlander Platinum .
