Oh wow ok is it just for Ford sync or the keys? Anything changed?

This just means the Ford Connect module got an update. It is for the Hotspot and FordPass functionality. Basically you need to start the car with the key, either via the buttons on remote, or from inside the car before FordPass will connect again.
