Has anyone done an aftermarket 21” wheel? Thinking of going from the 22x10.5 to a 21x10.5 and a 305/35 down to a 295/40. I like the profile comparison with the new curved spoke wheel and found a set in that size online to see what they actually look like. I know a lot of people run that tire size on the stock wheels but has anyone seen a wider, aftermarket 21? IMG_5726.png IMG_5722.jpeg

Well the Ford Performance runs 315/30r21 wheels. Really the only 21" set I have seen on an Explorer, except for @whooshmotorsports which had the same setup as the FP car. I think once I am going to go the 21" route soon, looking at some KRNC Forged 21x10.5 and pair it with a 315/35r21.

I have no desire to run a 315 again. They tramline like crazy and a 315/35/21 is too short IMO.
I forgot about their little show car though.

It looks like superforged has some 21x10.5 options.

That FP Explorer is running a 315/30r21, super short tire.

That can't be a 21" wheel, Nitto doesn't make the NT420V tire in any 21" sizes.
They say it’s a 21x10.5 Vossen. Maybe he typed it wrong. I’ll double check.
