I apologize if this has been asked a thousand times but I tried searching here and at the Explorer site and couldn't find the answer. I am trying to use Forscan to do some of the mods like the "Bambi" mod, "Double Honk" mod, etc. but it tells me the procedure is not supported when I click the play button. Is it because I need an extended license? I'm using an OBDLinkEX that says is designed for Forscan.

No, I didn't have the extended lisence. I found a post about it though and bought one. I don't need it for a year but it's only $12.75 and it's going for a good cause.

You are correct... the write feature requires the extended license but it is supporting a good cause.
