Forscan won't open on new laptop

I haven't touched Forscan in years but I need it for my pending Aviator screen swap so I downloaded V2.3.64 to my brand new laptop this morning and installed it and for some reason it won't open at all. The install was problem free and it shows as installed. I try to run as administrator and I get nothing.
Anyone have any ideas?

Have you tried uninstalling/re-installing? Sometimes drivers get corrupted during the download/install process. I've had it happen more than once. Another thing is, Windows security won't let it open because it thinks it's a virus. No warning, no dialog box, nothing. Try turning off Windows Virus & Threat Protection and then opening it.

I learned my new machine is ARM based whatever the hell that means.
Someone showed me a workaround:

Right click icon > Show Options > Properties > Compatibility > Change Emulation > Very Strict Execution > OK
Then click icon and it opens fine.

Unfortunately it applies to HP Tuners as well. Guess I’ll be hanging onto my old laptop for a little bit longer after all.

I think all you can do is free right now…which works just fine for anything you need to do.
I bought an extended license a while back…just can’t remember when or how long it was good for.
