Front camera replacement

Hi, I´m new to the forum, I have a 2020 ST and the front camera is damaged

I would like to buy it to replace it but I can't find the correct part code... on the Ford parts pages I have many options and I wouldn't want to make the wrong purchase.

Could someone tell me how I can get the correct part code?
