Front door piano black squeak/rattle

Hello all, newbie here...got my 2021 ST back in June and have been loving it other than minor squeak and rattles. I searched this forum but couldn't seem to find someone with this specific issue.
Both my front doors have this piano black trim that squeaks when you even touch it, and rattles/squeaks over any little bumps.

It is all one piece so I'm trying to avoid prying it off and snapping it...anybody dealt with this?

I have the same problem with my matte black 2020. it's wildly squeaky! have you found any solutions?
