Whether it gets 18 or 24 will depend on the terrain where you live, your driving habits and to a smaller degree which fuel you run in it.
Nobody can tell you the answer to your question.
I run 91 (highest I can get here). Being winter it gets a good 10min warm up 6 days a week and driven 11miles each way. we average 16.6-16.7mpg. Mostly in spot.
55 mph mine gets 28 mpg, 65 mph it gets about 25 mpg, 75 mph it's around 22 mpg. That's completely flat tho, throw some hills in and it will probalby go down a little. Any stop and go driving and it will drop like a rock.

I generally drive mixed, around 22.5-23MPG, if I drive a little more aggressive (not in normal mode) I'll see 20-21. Much more than my JL previously (15MPG). Anything over 20MPG on the ST is very nice, due to what you get!
