some button presses seem to take a second... some 3-4 seconds before I see action.

I did mine this morning. Jailbreak on the first try and everything worked like a charm! Whoever did this is a damn wizard.

They've said it's still got some tuning for the 'responsiveness'. The trade off for the screen I don't mind it being a little slow. S3 isn't the snappiest UI before any of this lol.
