I have a 2020 ST with 34,000 miles on it and at about 32,000 after picking it up from the dealer for a replacement of my steering column I noticed the gear shift knob begin to make an audible noise that can also be felt through the actual shifter. It had never done this before and the dealership tried to claim it was the lock disengaging to allow me to shift into gear. Anybody ever experience this before?
