We all post about the bad stuff, but it's good to hear some positive dealer experience. When I purchased the additional warranty on the ST, that included the first four oil changes. Today was freebie #2. I did caution them not to damage the jack points. Vehicle done in less than an hour, no damage , and on my way. This is Raabe Ford in Delphos, Ohio. (y)

There are good dealers out there. I've been very happy with my servicing dealer. I did purchase only because they had the vehicle I wanted. https://www.eauclaireford.net/

Mine made good on fixing the damage near the lift points which was caused by the dealer when in for warranty repair. Their body shop made it look perfect again. They also gave me a good deal on the ST. I will always check them out first.

LOL, I used one of the pictures you posted to show them what not to do. Glad they fixed yours. (y)
