I was driving home from Providence, RI and I had about a half a tank of gas. I was cruising along at about 80 when suddenly I got a warning message that said "0 Miles To Empty" and the gauge was not indicating any fuel. WTF is that all about? I couldn't find anything on here about it but has it happened to anyone else? I stopped for fuel and it only took 11 gallons so it wasn't empty. When I started it back up it was full.

I would have tried restarting to see if the low fuel warning went away before filling up. That way you would have known if it was a malfunction. I've never heard of this happening. I have twice experienced running out of gas. Once on an 1/8 tank 50 miles to empty result in stalling out on an incline and having the fuel pump burn out. This happened at about 10K miles. I had to be towed to dealer and fuel pump replaced under warranty. Another time on a very cold day, I remote started twice when I was at 1/8 tank 70 miles to empty. I ran out of gas because I was parked in my driveway which has an incline. I had to add 3 or 4 gallons of gas before it would start. Now I never let it go below 1/4 tank just to be safe!

I knew it was a glitch because I hadn’t driven 300+ miles since my last fill up. I always fill up at half a tank.

Man you have had more than your fair share of issues with your ST.. I think its time it falls off a cliff somewhere!
