that is the tranny cooler. That lever mechanism (whatever that does) is also broken.

that is the tranny cooler. That lever mechanism (whatever that does) is also broken.
Could the car have been towed and was placed in neutral by popping that link?

Looks like a shift cable of some kind has popped loose.
I would also get a can of brake cleaner and clean that area. Then if it leaks again, you maybe able to pinpoint where it’s coming from.
Also check your transmission fluid to make sure it isn’t low.

A transmission leak is yes serious. On our 2020 the transmission was leaking and it turned out to be a bad transmission gasket. I would let know who you bought it from and ask them to rectify the problem.
