2025 explorer. Installed new CvFab intercooler/pipes. Took it for a drive. Sounded like an intake with no boost. Went straight back home, coolant everywhere and gone from the top tank. Please help.

Idk why but this seemed to either have blown off or no clue why I would even take that off as it wasn't in Houstons video I followed to the T.

So after more research, I found an olllldddd thread of some clamps blowing, I believe one other person showed a picture of the same valve but not naming that specific location. It's on the driver's side, just above the alternator. Does anyone know what that leads to?

After tightening everything down, finding that coolant hose popped off, still sounds like a rattle or flutter under driver side door. I have an AWE catback so the flex pipes shouldn't be an issue as those are replaced. I'll attach a video. This is my first vehicle with turbos so im not inclined to all the sounds that could happen from them IF that's the case. Could just be exhaust rattle and I need to have the shop tighten them back up, could be the compressor winding down. Not sure if adding an intercooler would create a noticeable noise from down below with increased air flow? You'll hear the sound mid to end rev.

Sounds normal to me. Intercooler should not add any noise.
