44K on my ST. - Don't know if I see myself keeping it long-term with all these little bugs.

41,000+ on 2021. Window trim popped loose between the passenger side front and rear doors at about 25,000. Dealer wouldn't cover it. I called Ford, they declined also. Because the piece was "damaged". It was damaged because it popped loose, I guess I was driving and resistance ofcar passing through the air bent it a little. Stock Pirellis were down to 4/32nds at around 40,000. Replaced the with Michelin All Season Sport 4's. I think that decreased my gas mileage. I've done only basic maintenance so far, besides the trim. But I'm happy with it. I usually keep my cars until the wheels fall off. 2009 Fusion - 235,000 miles, 2016 Escape - 160,000, 2013 explorer base 107,000. I just sold our 2002 windstar for $500 it had 210,000 miles

I have 52K on my 2021, the only problem I have had besides the last computer update was the fuel tank sensor was replaced. That was messed up in the first few months after I purchased it new.

2022 with 39,000 so far the only problems I've had is with the fog lights and headlights. Replaced fog lights once and they are loose again, the brackets keep breaking! Anyone else have issues! In addition the headlights have small crack/chips.

I had 96,700 on my 2020 last month. Drove like a champ until the 100K maintenance when shifting got really bad, oil pan leak and intermediate shaft needed to be replaced, so I traded it in for '23. EVAP replaced ~65k. Other than the catalytic replaced and sync update problems, no major issues.

2020 - 48K no issues other than:

Rear Axel Bolt/Washers Missing - Had a clicking sound when applying the gas and releasing while going slow. Dealership said this was a known issue with all the police SUV that had come back early-mid 2020.

Crack in Catalytic Converter - Replaced under warranty

Both of these repairs where done summer of 2021.

The Blue screen of death on Reverse sometimes comes on but a quick reboot/reset fixes that for now.

Does anyone know when the recall for fixing these will come in?
Thanks

2020 C Build - 32,000 miles

Upgraded battery at 37 months. Still had power but would not engage starter. Works perfectly after upgrade with no window reset or BMS reset required.

The blue screen of death in reverse occurred twice in third year. Corrected by shutting car off, opening door, shutting door and restarting. This cleared the blue screen on reverse issue both times.

2020 ST 71,104 miles and engine died. Currently getting new engine now due to it seizing up after what sounded like piston bearing/lifter failed while on a road trip with the family. Still waiting to hear what the full diagnosis was but $16k for parts and labor. Those 3.5 liter’s lasted forever, not unusual for them to go 180k. Was hoping for the same with the 3.0TT….guess I’ll be starting over.

Ouch so it's out of powertrain warranty which goes until 60K miles. I have 50K miles on mine and have about 8 months left on powertrain. Hoping to take advantage of my Ford Protect PremiumCare after December for 2 more years. I've had a slew of repairs under powertrain warranty like both CV axles, front axle disconnect actuator, half shaft speed sensor and transmission rebuilt.
