How can I carry 3 kayaks with no roof rails?

Definitely a first world problem. I would have preferred my ST without the rails. Enjoy.

With out the moon roof the rating does go up to 165 pounds. Would that be enough?
I found out Ford only put those on for looks !!
Them rails are plastic snap on’s !!
no way in heaven would I ever put 3 kayaks on the roof of my truck let along a sleeping bag lol
And that’s on any SUV ! Talk to the Jap’s

I was reminded of this dilemma when I saw this vehicle transporting three kayaks. Who says you need roof racks, when a few pool noodles will do.

Anyone that puts 3 kayaks on the roof of a Explorer ST should have their big ass kicked !

I ordered my ST without the sunroof (for headspace) and the rails will hold 150 pounds, but it would still be a high lift to get them up there.

Whatever you do make sure you mount them perpendicular to the wind.:ROFLMAO:
