How can I carry 3 kayaks with no roof rails?

Yes, we're at 123lbs for all 3. One is a 20lb kids kayak

With out the moon roof the rating does go up to 165 pounds. Would that be enough?

I found out Ford only put those on for looks !!
Them rails are plastic snap on’s !!
no way in heaven would I ever put 3 kayaks on the roof of my truck let along a sleeping bag lol

I know you said space to store a trailer is a problem, but they do make small "sport" trailers that fold up for minimal space requirements Here is one example https://www.etrailer.com/Kayak-Trailer/Yakima/Y08107.html

I ordered my ST without the sunroof (for headspace) and the rails will hold 150 pounds, but it would still be a high lift to get them up there.

Whatever you do make sure you mount them perpendicular to the wind.
