Been using 303 forever now, gave up looking for anything better when it comes to protectants.

As for general cleaning I'm loving Chemical Guys "Total Interior Cleaner & Protectant". It says it has some kind of protectant qualities also. I'll use this for normal cleanings of all things interior, then as I feel it needs it throw a layer of 303. The CG stuff also says even for glass, however I tend to use a glass cleaner that works better.

Not sure if I’ve missed it but I haven’t seen anyone mention what the dash is actually made of?
It's made of plastic.

I bought some 303 today at AutoZone. This is some good looking stuff. No greasy film.

Fist off, I use a sunshade in the windshield during all spring through fall months. That goeas a LONG way at protecting your dash. Aside from that, I have another vote for 303. I've been using it for years.
