My Ford Dealer sent me this just now to let me now it came out of the box that way. Look at the FN BOX! Thermal R&D? Thanks UPS? Thanks MFers. What a kick in the balls Both Mufflers dented
Thank You Bub. I really need that. But its a shame. They stuff the kit in a box that is clearly to small for it, then UPS has there way with it. And then I have to know that its there. It will take a few days or at least pick the car up and drive it and pray to God that it sound and works good. But thanks for your input
Hell no I'm not accepting that! If it hasn't been installed yet send it back. Or file a claim with UPS. The dealership shouldn't even begin to install damaged parts.
Yea, there's no way I would except damage goods, especially for what you paid for the exhaust. UPS is fully responsible and should pay you to replace the damaged parts, file a claim ASAP.
Well mine was delivered to my residence with only some slight box damage. UPS outsources it to a freight company as it is too big. Hence label created then cancelled. Why would you have the dealer install? They will NEVER do as good a job as you doing it yourself. Hell that goes for anything car, home etc. You CAN install with simple tools and then you can adjust on preference. It does suck that it was damaged in delivery but were you there when it got delivered? Anyway you will never see that from an external point of view. You won't care once installed and listen to it. As I said in other threads adjustment is needed once broken in and hiding clamps is pretty easy if you situate them appropriately. Tommy

I made the right decision. With the help of the manager, That I TRUST, and seeing the dents up close, I made a big deal out of it where I shouldn't of and I apologized for it
