Ordered the entertainment package specifically for trips with the grandchildren. Was assured there was a dvd player included, and free at&t for 3 months, (to stream movies). Thinking it is backordered like the rear controls, hands free liftgate, I have contacted Ford Play Support and have been told dvd player has not been available for 2 years and at&t will need a back ordered chip also. My question was why in the manual is a dvd player included. Answer, Ford has not upgraded manual and informed dealers. I'm able to add portable player or use my cell phone as hotspot was suggested. I wasted $1995.00 on the system I would have not ordered.
Any suggestions?

Just an FYI - I was informed today that they have discontinued the 2.5". I just got the Borla S Type (still in the box) and was considering switching, but looks like I would have to buy it from someone that already has it (or trade the Borla).
