I am buying a 2020 Ford Explorer ST this Friday at CarMax. We had the 24 Hour Test Drive and it ran great. It only has 33,000 miles. Does anybody know what this color shade of red is called? Fair warning… I’m not a car guy. In fact, I don’t know what a lot of the stuff in these Car forums means. So I ask your forgiveness in advance for any stupid questions. I’ll try to keep it to a minimum.

I was initially concerned about buying a flashy red car because I didn’t want to attract attention from the police. But my wife had a completely different take on it… Her opinion was that a bright red vehicle was like a stop sign telling people not to hit us. I hope she’s right.
