Intelligent Access Question

Im a newbie and have tried to search and read my manual .
I still can not find any instructions or post to say how to disable the Intelligent Access.
Please excuse me ,If this has been addressed or posted.
The only instuctions I seen is how to turn the 2 stage locking and unlocking on and off .

I don't think you can. I've never heard of anyone ever being able to disable it.

Disabling that would still require some way to activate the engine start button.
