Interior creaks and rattles

Just an update, this process seems to have worked well to take care of the noises I had when pushing on the rear door panels from the inside. However, the original problem I was investigating was a “clicking/creaking” noise from both rear doors. I have sat back there, but I can’t figure out exactly where it is coming from. I don’t even have to be moving to hear the noise. It seems worse when the weather is warmer. I have seen on other forums where it could be the weatherstripping or the little plastic pieces that hold the weatherstripping on, but I haven’t had any luck isolating it. It’s not constant, but it is really annoying on a brand new vehicle. Does anyone have any ideas???
I have this too! We can be just be sitting still or driving on smooth pavement and I will here the “clicking” sound coming from I think the middle row. Really annoying! That is actually the only noise we have in the car…well besides the squealing brakes, the clunking brake pedal, and the creaking front center armrest.

I might have finally found what it is, and it does have to do with the sunshade. I took the door apart and found that where the sunshade attached to the door and top trim piece creates the noise. I created some paper washers for the screws that attach it to the top plastic, and some thin high density foam for the ones that attaches it to the door panel and haven't had it happen since I did this. If/when I do the passenger door I'll try to remember to take some photos of where I'm talking about.
Since I have taken the doors apart, many times, I think I know what you are talking about, but some pictures would be awesome! Just to confirm, do you notice the noises more when the sun is out or it’s hotter out? That’s when it is really noticeable for me, like something must expand in the heat and cause the noise.
I was definitely amazed at how much quieter the doors were after I did sound deadening. I followed @UNBROKEN thread on soundproofing and it made a huge difference. There are quite a few sources of noise on every panel. I have not heard any noises coming from the sun shade however I have never had it up. Might have to look into that.

I did the passenger rear door today and took a few photos.
1. The 7 screws that attach the sun shade to the top trim piece, these are the ones I used paper washers on. I'll explain why in a couple photos.
2. The 5 screws that hold the shade to the door panel. This is where I used the foam washers I made.
3. The paper and foam washers I made. All of them are 1/2" with a 3/16" center.
4. This is why I went paper here, I felt like I was going to break something trying to separate the shade from the trim and when I looked up the cost, it's like $400 per side, if not more. So I used something to pry the tab up slightly and using small needle nose pliers slip the paper washer between.
5. Paper washer in place.
6. I then used the foam washers on the screws that attach the shade to the door panel, those were easy to put in place.
Let me know if this fixes it for you as well if you decide to go this route. I'm curious if this is something more of us have going on or more of a one off. There are a couple other areas I might consider doing a couple things if I start hearing noises again.
