your effectively changing the suspension geometry by lowering it so yes it will throw your alignment out of wack. Dont hesitate either, it will cut tires quick, You'll want to do it right after.
Has anyone used any camber bolts for the rear or front? Installed h&r some time ago and then when I took it to get aligned they said it was just outside of factory specs but they couldn't get it to factory specs without camber bolts. TYIA
