Issue with Liftgate Handsfree Feature

Hi Everyone

I have a ford explorer platinum 2022 and have an issue with the handsfree liftgate. I have seen many videos on YouTube says clean the two black cables so I did it but its still not working.

While I was cleaning them I saw an extra cable there not connected to any modules and have no place to connect with. I have attached pictures for you to see.

I appreciate if anyone have an idea about it
